Some people go on vacation for relaxation and others do it for adventure quests. Most people are surprised to hear that sky diving can be one of the best therapies available in the world of adventure quests. If you are one of those people who are scared of just getting in a plane to fly off on vacation, can you imagine what it must be like to stand in the open doorway of a plane and jumping out? Falling thousands of feet at a hundred miles an hour? No? Well, then sky diving is the only thing for you. If there is one thing we need to be doing while we are alive is facing all of our fears and for those of us scared of heights, going on a sky diving trip has to be one of the most life altering experiences. I mean, imagine jumping off a plane at 15,000 feet at a speed of about 120mph knowing that if your parachute does not open, this will be the last ride of your life. Taking the plunge is akin to flying. Some people are fascinated with the science of sky diving that enables you to actually control your movement while hurling towards earth at speeds up to 120 miles per hour then gracefully float onto the ground, but for us the altaphobics, the fascination starts and ends with praying to God that the parachute opens. However, once you reach the ground and see that you are ok, your chest will be filled with incredible pride. You are probably going to set up another sky diving session soon. You know I’ve heard that sky diving is better than sex if you do it right. |
