adventure quest, mount everest
There's an old saying that your life is like a shark, that is, you have to keep moving forward and trying new things or your life will simply stagnate. That's why I embrace my own adventure quest, trying new experiences like bungee jumping or riding aboard a vintage B-25 bomber. I honestly don't know if I'll ever be ready to climb Mount Everest, but I do want to do some tours adventure journeys to go hiking in places like New Zealand, or go white water rafting through the Grand Canyon. I plan to go sky diving at some point just for the sheer adrenaline rush of it. The point I'm trying to make is that everyone should find an adventure quest that excites them. Going on adventures keeps you active and helps you live a longer, happier life. The people who sink into senility and ill health are the ones who never go anywhere or do anything different. It's a scientific fact that your brain can continue learning new things and forming new neural pathways even into old age. And even if you're not ready to tackle Mount Everest, you can still go hiking, take a bike ride to a new place, and keep your own adventure quest alive no matter what your age.
